The challenge
The brand had a strong product but zero digital infrastructure. No website, no online store, not a single online sale in their history. They needed to go from nothing to generating revenue - without a large budget. €15/day was the ceiling.
Phase 1 - Build and launch
- Built a full Shopify store from scratch - product pages, collections, checkout, and brand styling.
