The challenge

The brand had a strong product but zero digital infrastructure. No website, no online store, not a single online sale in their history. They needed to go from nothing to generating revenue - without a large budget. €15/day was the ceiling.

Phase 1 - Build and launch

  • Built a full Shopify store from scratch - product pages, collections, checkout, and brand styling.
  • Created all visual assets: product imagery treatment, ad creatives, and campaign copy.
  • Launched Meta campaigns targeting cold audiences in Bulgaria.
  • Rewrote the ad hooks after week one - CTR went from 0.9% to 2.3%. First sales within two weeks.

Phase 2 - The native + advertorial system

Direct-to-website ads were working. But we tested a second angle: native-style creatives paired with advertorial landing pages - content that reads like an article, not an ad.
